    • Christopher's wife, M.A. Polly Spears Riffe died ~ 1802. In 1806, heremarried Elizabeth Coffey, and they had two children ~ 1806 or 1807.So, assuming guardianship of Sarah/Sally's children, Sarah/Sal ly andWilliam Carroll Erwin, b. 1813 and 1815, would just add children inhis household that also had kids at home. He was also noted to be aperson of wealth and kindness.
