- According to correspondent, possible Boothe cousin, in "The Valentine Papers,", Virginia Vols I - IV, pub ca 1823, there are Lees and Booths in the same area. Then later, Thomas Marsh Boothe came directly to Paris, TX to join his father. She believed that would account for the Lee connection from VA to TN to TX.
Also, there was reportedly a Booth-owned brewery in London.
