Codicil spelled out that should the two sons die before they come of age, Sarah, Lucretia and Judith shall have everything then divided among them. The will had also provided for one shilling sterling to William and his family, Ann, Sarah, Lucreasy, Buckner, Judith and their families as well; to Elizabeth, part of his moveable estate to value of fifteen pounds.
